Verified Renter Love how clean the building is , and maintenance is always kept up . Front is always so welcoming and helpful . Great beautiful amenities , all neighbors are so nice and friendly, just a great environment in all. Brenda is amazing she got me situated In everything I was looking for at Acoma and was very helpful throughout the whole process .

Verified Renter New resident - extremely spacious floor plans and lots to do around the area. Walking distance to restaurants and cherry creek trail is only a couple of blocks away. Very happy so far!

Theft is out of control Cars and trucks get broke into all the time. They’re making millions of dollars and refuse to do anything to protect the tenants.

One of the worse place I have lived The application process sucks, there is the main office on site, and UDR manager office offsite. These two do not communicate and blame each other.THEY CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING, AND ARE VERY RESOURCEFUL IN CREATING NEW FEE, EX: street parking monthly fee per car, visitor hourly parking, email-locker rent, low internet connection, and more. Verified Renter Living at Acoma has been a wonderful experience. Very friendly & respectful staff, wonderful residents and a peaceful unit to come home to after a long day. Amazing Place to Live! I'm approaching my 2nd year of living at Current, and I can honestly say that I've never been happier. Just as many other Little Italy apartments have great amenities, ideal location, and pet-friendliness, Current has it all. What sets Current apart is their onsite staff Alenor, Maria, and Chase.
