Verified Renter My experience at Acoma has been overwhelmingly great. It’s so nice to have a 24/7 concierge. The property is very clean and has great amenities. The building is a little older but in the best way. Everything is built very homey and high quality compared to the junkie new build apartments popping up overnight all over Denver. My only complaint is that parking is super expensive and because the garage is exposed and there is construction next door, my car is constantly super dusty. Verified Renter I love Acoma — great community, spacious apartments, and reasonable price! It’s in a great and lively neighborhood that is centrally & conveniently located. The building was also originally built for condos, so the neighboring units are virtually soundproof. Love it here.

Verified Renter Staff is mediocre but getting worse. And now they’re building a new building next door so it’s going to be a nightmarish summer and we are losing our views. Other tenant are awesome though!

Verified Renter This building has been falling apart for years. Legacy isn’t doing anything to improve this fact and they seem completely overwhelmed with this place. Find a new building in the area instead.

Do not recommend My husband & I recently moved out of the Acoma after having lived there for three years. Initially, we were very pleased with our decision as the building itself suited our needs & was a great place to live. After about a year of living at Acoma, the building management was turned over to Greystar & our pleasant experience quickly turned negative. Verified Renter Overall, it’s a great and safe apartment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There appears to be interest groups on the on-site portal, but none seem to be active which makes it difficult to meet other residents. The community pool is lovely but not heated. With the high quality of management, each concern is addressed in a timely fashion.
