Verified Renter It's a great place to live with a great view to the Rockies. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Inside the building all the zones are clean and the amenities are awesome.

Verified Renter Great Spaces and good community support. Would Highly recommend. We love the concierge/front desk people and they have a great in house facilities like their gym and rooftop/pool area

WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY this complex is horrible. management is rude and if they don't want to deal with you, they will just ghost you. our water bill was randomly $400 when it was normally $50 and they refused to provide any documentation as to why it was this high and forced us to pay so we did not incur late fees. on the move out, we didn't hear from them for a month after we moved out and then one day randomly got a bill for $500 for a "damaged carpet spot". they will drain you of all your money and for a less than 500 ... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE Do not live here. We have had multiple break ins, and packages stolen and mailboxes broken into. There is a 3 year construction project adjacent to the building so you hear loud beeping and vibrating apartments Monday-Saturday 7am-9pm (these times is what the city is allowed to do). Legally there must be a on-site manager, which they do not have. The management is the worst I have ever dealt with, do not care about their tenants and just money hungry. Horrible experience Apartments state they have a gate. However, it never worked. Cars broke into daily, they never do anything about it. Cameras don’t work they said. Updated apartments mean shelf paper on the cabinets. They charge you for some maintenance issues that they are responsible for. Packages are stolen all the time. Office is never open. When you move out, it doesn’t matter how clean you leave your apartment , they will find bogus charges to keep your deposit. I could go on for days days about the horrible experie... read more

Verified Renter I love living at the Current. Apartments are spacious, well laid out and soundproof. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Shoutout to Aleanor, without her warm and welcoming attitude I may not have moved her. So glad I did.
Verified Renter We are original residents living here for over 13 years. Always loved it and felt welcome and safe. Until a few days ago when my husband’s wheelchair was stolen. Still love it here, but commonnnnn Acoma. Keep that back gate in the garage closed!

Verified Renter The Acoma has gotten much better since moving to Legacy’s management. They’ve been making a lot of progress with the necessary updates & repairs that the building drastically needed (specifically with the elevators.) It’s not perfect but you can tell the staff really cares. Communication from the management has improved which is definitely appreciated. Would love more community events and/or grab-n-go treats!
