Rent increases and no Customer support Try calling customer support before you decide to live here!! There is nonexistent customer support. Plus every year UDR the company that owns this building WILL jack up your rent so either you have to decide to move or suck it up and pay the extra $700 they increase it by.
Small Town Feel in the City I lived in two different units at Acoma until moving out of state. This building is a rare gem in downtown Denver. It was built long ago enough that it is equipped with super high quality finishes, and huge and unique floor plans, compared to the overpriced, already deteriorating, shoebox floor plan apartments you find in the all of the new builds that pop up overnight in Denver. Don’t move here poor staff and leasing agents This place sucks old apartments over priced they ask for 4X the rent for an old apartment that may be infested with roaches ! Everything is old and outdated nothing is new it’s smells horrible in those apartments. The people at the office just want your money the lie about the application process and getting approved! Don’t move here save your money for a better community!! Don’t even waste your time applying

Verified Renter I like it. I wish I didn’t get a 1st level at times but other than that it’s a nice complex. I would’ve just preferred more privacy and windows are more transparent from the outside than I feel they should be in my opinion, the shade over it doesn’t help. Better shades are needed, black out perhaps.

Verified Renter I've lived an Acoma Apartments for just over a month. From the touring process all the way through moving in, the experience has been great. The concierge's, leasing agents, and maintenance team are responsive and easy to work with. There are so many nice amenities and they're making upgrades all of the time. We love our apartment- the high ceilings and amazing view are hard to find these days.

Verified Renter So far our experience here has been great! Front desk is great and knowing they are there 24 hours a day makes me feel safe. The pool is great and the gym is pretty good for an apartment gym too! The only downside is the construction next door is loud and there is a slight need for renovation updates but I think they are working on that.
