Verified Renter Love the apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful and it is maintained well! I also think the location is great- only not ideal thing is the construction going on next door. It can be a bit loud and dusty but other than that everything is great and I enjoy living here!

Verified Renter Overall the complex is nice. The staff is friendly and try to meet the tenants needs. It is a very “corporate” based facility. They have lots of rules but do not enforce them. Tenants play loud music at all hours but the most annoying issue is the DOGS! They bark all day and night. No one seems to care.

Verified Renter Love this building. Great amenities great location management does a good job and fellow residents are warm and welcoming. Amazing views too and the units are modern and very comfortable.

Verified Renter Great place. Lost an incredible view due to new building and construction is nonstop there. But Acoma offers great sized apartments that are great.

ghetto place is trashy and ghetto and ton of hidden fees, rent is automatic 100$ extra even on the 3rd day. beware of this property and do some more research on a more reputable place to live
Great customer service Cindy and Josh gave good customer service and helped me with the technology things for the apartment and took time with me
