On 05/07 I Sat on hold @ their Main phone number for over an hour and no one answered. I had an appointment for Service on 05/08 but a Good Friend/Customer's Mother died and I needed to go her funeral in Hayesville, NC. You cannot cancel an Appointment if you cannot get in touch with a Vendor @ their Main Office NO STARS

I honestly would give zero stars if possible. Since moving in our home w heave had over 8 service calls. We have only lived here in this house for 8 months. My unit chimes have not worked in months. I've taken 5 days off and my husband has taken 3 all from new jobs. Every single time we call for service they have told us they will call us back. BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!! Worse than a Cable Company! Moved out of our house for a renovation and Ackerman support told us we could freeze our account and then restart at the same rates, etc. once we moved back. Then, they tried to sell us on $1000 fee to start back up and wanted to raise our rates (while we are still locked in a contract).
