I've been with Ackerman at two homes and have trusted them completely for over 20 years. I recently added an outbuilding studio and needed additional security for that. Management and staff are kind and exhibit excellent PR skill sets that exemplifies and demonstrate true professionalism. After this promotional offer, we're offered quality cameras with latest updates. Instead offered questionable reliability issues. We have had three camera replaced in the first year and numerous issues which were resolved with Customer Service.
