I have had your system in my house for three years, since my date of purchase. Your customer service has been good but the minute I need a service technician, the charge I was informed of is outrageous. Secondly, I renewed the monitoring plan with the promise for no change in the monthly rate. That correction has not been made.

After recently moving house, I reached back out to Ackerman Security who had secured my last house and asked them to bypass the existing alarm and put me back on their 3 year monthly plan. They were prompt, thorough and professional and in comparison to other companies, very cost effective. That is my experience down the line with them from customer service and support, to technical issues and their resolve. I'm grateful my house is secured by them. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Ackerman for alarm system services. The alarm functions well. It seems to do its function without an issue. My low rating comes from a recent experience with their technical team. We bought 14 new windows in our home. It is an older home and needed a facelift. Both aesthetic and functional improvements were done. Ackerman has been great. They took over and updated a previously installed system when I purchased my home in 2017 and the one issue that I had since (in 2019) they sent a tech at no charge who worked for three hours to resolve the issue. Couldn't ask for better service!

The worst one I have had old equipment timeslot tracking pictures of people coming to your house you have to go unplug camera to reboot all the time the worst
