Halloween at Abt... awesome! But not fot customers, it is for employees. We had an amazing costumes and it didn’t mean anything! Abt has no sense of customer service. However we had great time with other people!

If you felt left out of the costume festivities, we're sorry that you did not hear about the Halloween party we hosted the weekend before (10/28), with activities for children, trick-or-treating, and free family photos. It was heavily promoted on our Facebook page but you may have missed it.

I have had a beyond horrible experience with ABT!! I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from ABT on Feb. 3, 2013 (from Michael McCoy) and purchased the 4 year extended warranty for an additional $99 on this date. I was told by Michael and Ted, two sales reps at Abt that the warranty would be good for 4 years past the standard manufacture warranty. This is not true. What has happened to this place? I've bought dozens of appliances from them over the years and have been happy up until lately. Their service has always been outstanding and they have stood behind their products. But when I called service today I was on hold forever and finally requested a call back, which took hours, to be told by a scripted rude employee that it would cost $165 to come out to look at an ice maker that is leaking that they installed 4 months ago for $250. I reached out to #ABT for the first time today and was blown away by their customer service. Now I want to stop there for everything else in my home and electronics. Will deffinetly be looking there nwct time before placing an order elsewhere.
