This place is a joke. First problem was the hood for over the range. Made an appointment. Took the day off of work only for Abt to call and say the technician had an emergency and they would have to reschedule. Reschedule this appointment. Tech comes out and looks at it and then pokes around on his phone a bit. Says that it is not installed properly and we will need to schedule a new appointment. I had a delivery today and they were great!, very professional, and polite. I will never purchase my appliances or electronics elsewhere. I’m happy with their service and products.

It’s a late review but I had enough of it. We bought all our kitchen appliances in June 2016, they changed the delivery dates twice. We received our stove and turn out we got the wrong model and had to send back and also the fridge wasn’t the right fit, we received the fridge in 3 days but our stove wasn’t delivered for two more weeks hence no cooking at home. Best price on compact Whirlpool microwave cube. Easy to navigate the website and purchase. Delivery was quick. Very happy with the microwave, didn't expect it to be as powerful as it is. All in all a great experience with my first purchase from Abt. Will definitely shop them in the future.

This is my second purchase from ABT. I took off work and scheduled the delivery to occur today. As I live in a high rise I also cleared with the building management office use of the elevators. ABT is aware that I live in a high rise and the rules of the building. Today I received a call at 8am confirming my delivery from 1-4pm. My appliance was not delivered.
