I gave this company a try and they was true to their word not only on the item that I purchase,but also on the deliver. When I want or have need of another appliance or electronic I going to look at abt first.

I ordered a microwave on line. In arrived in 3 days. I tried buying one locally and it was going to be 3 Months. I appreciated the service this company provided.

I am so fa happy with the TV. Delivery- not so happy- it took way to long to get it - it was delivered to Pilot Air in Jacksonville, Fl. Dec 8th and they did not deliver it to me until Dec 15th. It sat in the warehouse until they made their way to Georgia. Which from where I live is about 1 hour and half away. it may be due to the Cyber Monday sale and the holidays coming up. I do know that the mail and all other delivery services are running slower too. So all in all i still would buy from this company with good prices.

Customer service is absolutely horrendous! First off, scheduling the service call was harder than it should’ve been. Despite me telling the girl 3 times what my name and phone number was she couldn’t find me in the system. I called back and got someone else and miraculously they were able to find me. On to the service call part...They came out almost 2 months ago to look at our broken oven. Was told it was the heating element and that it was being ordered. They called 2 weeks later to schedule a time to come and install it. ... read more
