Quality and service has nose dived, and I will never shop there again. Bought a high end Sony TV and while still new the picture has gone out but the sound works. After waiting a week for someone to come, he confirmed yep no picture. Wow I see you need a PHD to confirm that. Needless to say they won’t replace the defective tv but will order a boat load of parts of which I have to wait another 1-2 weeks without tv. Customer service sucks!! My husband and I went in on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, to purchase a tv and tv stand. David Kochanowski was our sales associate, once we selected our items he guaranteed us a delivery date of Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the afternoon. He also said the driver would call when he's a stop away from us. The worst experience with ordering a fridge. After numerous delays the fridge arrived damaged. They said they would expedite me a new fridge yet haven’t heard anything on when to expect it. Should have just ordered it locally this has been nothing short of a terrible customer experience.

Great store. Our salesman David was great and helpful. We will be going back again.... ****Update**** well today my Tv and stand we’re suppose to be delivered today, but the store told my wife who took off work today to wait for delivery, that stand isn’t in stock and it will two weeks from before we can get it..Unacceptable the salesman told us everything was in stock and will be delivered. Suppose to get a phone call in the morning to set up time for delivery. Instead get a phone call that they were leaving because no one was home. Never even called to let know on way. Now got to wait and arrange to have kids picked up.
