After ordering a refrigerator from another store and the product not being delivered, we turned to Abt. We were very pleased with all aspects of our purchase. They had the same product at a lower cost than what we originally purchased, delivery was free and we were able to choose the delivery date. The delivery and installation people were great! They were quick, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Abt to anyone looking for a new appliance.

BBB they told me they were going to deliver my stuff in the late afternoon and then they called and could only come in the morning , their customer service is absolutely the worst. As long as they get their $ dollars in and make their sales , they don't care about their customer service. They deliver when it's good for them not the customer. Il never shop there again!!!!

I recently pre-ordered a new car stereo and was updated several times about the delivery period - great service! As a note, their tech support is FANTASTIC!!!

Will never buy from Abt and will discourage anyone considering a purchase. No stars if it were possible. 5 year old fridge unit developed a leak. ABT has been out 3 times and can not repair unit. They can't get/bring correct parts.They will.also ask you to pay for the visit before they order parts; they have my money, I don't have a fully functional fridge! Have wasted 3 days waiting for repair man (can't get accurate time for repair. Can only give you a window day of repair so you waste a full day. Our case on this 4th visi... read more

We had a refrigerator delivered by ABT today . Super experience! The delivery men installed the machine and ran a water line perfectly. This is the best delivery of a appliance that I ever had. This is why ABT is the best place to buy almost anything.
