I've ordered from Abt before but it has been awhile. Most recent order didn't disappoint. Fast, efficient service and delivered as promised.
Outstanding customer service. Microwave arrived with a damaged cord. They shipped out a new one same day. New one works great. Trim kit looks awesome.
A few months back the motherboard on my laptop went out. I dropped my laptop off with their “Connect Tech”, and was informed I would receive a call in 24-48 hours after running their diagnostic. Two days go by, and I had not heard back from Abt. I decided to call them myself, and I was told they needed to order a new motherboard and it would be ready in a week. Very disappointed. After having such wonderful experiences with Abt in the past, I'm sad to say that I will not be recommending them to family and friends anymore. Abt provides a great product line that is reliable and of complete quality, but most importantly, provides excellent customer service. Extremely slow response time, unreliable service by appliance repair department: Sub-Zero ice maker, purchased from ABT 5 years ago, broke. Good news: Parts are under warranty. Day 1: Call to ABT for service (authorized technicians). First available date 8 days later. :( Day 9: Technician arrives, determines the compressor needs to be replaced.
