I was very impressed. They have good prices. After I received my item I received an email offer from a competitor that beat their price. I sent ABT a request for a price match and emailed a copy of the better offer and just like that they refunded me the difference. No hassle purchasing and customer service. I placed my order with easy online. They did not try to bait and switch. They shipped my item quickly and it was packaged very well. I will definitely shop there first in the future.
The price was right and delivery was prompt; much faster than anticipated, The unit arrived in undamaged condition and is functioning properly

Awesome customer service. We ordered a chest freezer to use for holding excess ice for an upcoming reception. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday coming up. Just received a call that the product was shipped to them damaged so they are going to upgrade our freezer for free. This is just a small example of why this company gets mine and my family's business. Thanks ABT!

Great for purchases but the worst for repairs on appliances. They won't even give you a morning or afternoon time so you need to take the whole day off every time they come out.
