We ordered a Microwave trim kit. When ordered it said special order would take several weeks. However, we received the trim kit much earlier than we expected. Delivered to my work in perfect condition. We were very please with the trim kit and service we received. Would use them again!

Our experience has not been good with the repair support. 2 year extended warranty service seems unresponsive in terms of scheduling as well as follow up. Wish we had just extended our original GE warranties at this point. Our refrigerator is freezing stuff in the refrigerator compartment, so we can't really buy much food until this is resolved. The repairman showed up and just took the serial number, saying he had to order parts - he could have done this by phone when we originally called the problem in, several days earlie... read more

I reached out to my service manager to find out what the holdup is with the parts, and he will try to get them expedited so we can get service out to you asap and get your refrigerator operating normally again.
No other place to buy electronics!!! I've had two excellent transactions with them! Ask for Russ Anzalone, he actually believes in customer service. I won't buy electronics anywhere else.

I ordered a Fitbit Alta HR. It was the cheapest I've seen on the Internet for the same one. It had to be only a large band but I figured I could always replace the band. Well I was able to use it on the next to the smallest hole. It came fast and I was very pleased. The only down side was the battery was suppose to hold a charge for a week but it was half drained in 1-1/2 days. I don't blame ABT for that. They also checked by email to see if I was satisfied. I would definately recommended ordering from them.
