First, I purchased a gorgeous stove. Second it was delivered in just a couple of days! The installers were clean, neat, personable, knowledgeable, and fast! They also picked up my 20 year old stove, and gave me time to clean under it, before installing the new one. This whole experience was perfect!

My mother recently purchased 3 items in August, 2016: (1) a Samsung Stove, (2) French Door Refrigerator, (3) Over oven Microwave. During the installation of the stove, the installers cracked the gas line letting out gas fumes throughout my home; and instructed me to call Nicor. After speaking with Nicor who came out to inspect, I was told that the installers are responsible for repairing the line since they caused the damage.
