ABT's custom installers are amazing. After working with Best Buy to try and install new KitchenAid appliances, we lost confidence in them (as they have third party installers - they don't communicate well with salespeople) and cancelled our order and purchased with ABT. Was so impressed with them. Have also purchased numerous TV and sound systems with them - customer for life. Thank you!

I've been purchasing my appliances from ABT pretty exclusively for 15 year, but I think I may be done with them for good because their service is dreadfully inadequate. We had our 18 month old refrigerator purchased from them stop working almost two weeks ago. We called ABT immediately for service and were told it would take them 4 days to get anyone on site to even look at the issue. Hi Dave, I understand your frustration and I apologize for the long delay that caused it. I've been working on the issue since earlier today, and my service department was able to create an opening for this coming Saturday. The high price of the service is due to the need to work on the sealed system, which is a complicated and labor-intensive process. ABT DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME... I HAD A DEFECTIVE MICROWAVE AND THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT IN 2 DAYS. THE PRICE I GOT WAS BETTER THAN HOME DEPOT AND LOWES AND THEY WANTED 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. PLUS I DID NOT PAY TAX. ANOTHER SAVINGS ON TOP OF THE SAVINGS OVER THE LOCAL PEOPLE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY..
