I could not believe how fast I received my purchase during the December holiday period without paying extra. I ordered late on a Friday and received the purchase in California by Wednesday. Now, that is great service.

I would have given 1 star, but my experience with sales was great. Customer service and repair, however, has been a nightmare. A shelf on my Viking refrigerator broke shortly after I purchased it causing my drawers to sag and be completely useless. It took months to get it replaced. Not long after replacement it broke again in the same exact place, same issue. I'm unable to use an entire shelf nor can I use the drawers. I called, they sent someone out to take pictures, even though I informed them it was cracked in the EXACT ... read more

I don’t know what all the positive reviews are about this place. I have had the absolute WORST customer experience with Abt electronics. First issue was having to get here refrigerators because the people they hired to deliver kept damaging them. It took not one not two, but three refrigerators delivered to me before I got one that was not damaged. I ordered 5 coin operated washers on a Thursday and needed them changed of the amount they charged and they still was delivered to the spot I wanted in another state on Tuesday at noon. I'm so happy I found this place and a gentleman named Chuck help me on the phone and was very good at his job. I almost never order on the wild web but I now trust this company!!! Thanks again for the great service.
