Received product in a timely manner and I was informed during the waiting period of what Abt was doing to fulfill the order.

I ordered another product from Abt earlier this week after my dishwasher died on me. Ben who was the sales person was very willing to work with me, and today the drivers, Curtis and Henry came out to my house to install the new dishwasher. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a great attitude, which was nice. The dishwasher wasn't working when they left due to it being frozen, but after thawing for a bit, it couldn't be "perfecter" ;)

Was shopping online for a washer and dryer, did my research and found a good set on sale. Yesterday, I went to the store just to look one more time and saw the price had gone up a few hundred dollars. My salesman Mark approached me, I explained my first choice had gone up in price and now I was weighing options. Instead of trying to sell me on something else, Mark asked me which I was looking at, verified the previous sales price, and helped me complete my originally intended purchase. Great experience!

Ordered an electronic item around Christmas time. It was the best price on the Internet (including Amazon). The item was delivered super fast. No issue. Always had a great experience shopping with them online or at the store.
This review is in regards to their appliance repair/warranty service. My husband and I purchased a stackable, front load washer/dryer combo November 2016. In October 2017, it started to leak from the front. We had three different technicians come out to "fix" it and even had a new part ordered. After the 3rd visit, the leak was still not fixed AND it started banging/grinding very loudly during the rinse cycle.
