Abt managed to seriously screw up Christmas Eve, NYE and a family get together to mourn the loss of my mother just last week because I had no oven to prepare meals for my family. ABT was contacted the first week of December when my oven would not reach temp. An appt was made for 2nd week of December, the tech was friendly but spent only 5 minutes to turn on oven, stick his hand in the oven to diagnose the issue. On my initial order in late November I was disappointed to hear the unit I chose was unavailable and wouldn't be shipped until January.
