If I could rate 00 I would. Their sales/service people lie. They don't stand behind their products. They tell you half truth to get more money out of your pocket. By far one of the worst companies I've ever delt with! *****UPDATE: DAN their GM reached out to me and backed up his products. Glad to see that upper management prides themselves with customer service

I have purchased multiple items from Abt and have been very satisfied with my purchases. I debated giving this a 4-star due to lack of knowledge from some employees, however, Torrice A goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I shop online and request Torrice every chance I get. Once again very satisfied with the products and service I have received from Abt!

We got a new Electrolux front load washer and drier in June 2017. A few months into owning them the drier started to make a thumping and squealing noise. Abt sent out a technician right away and swapped the lint screen out as they were shipped from Electrolux missing a felt gasket. This lasted for a few weeks before the noises came back. 3 more visits by an Abt technician, the last being this past ThursdayFeb 8th, and technician said he had replaced every moving part in the unit and it still made horrible noises.
