Once again, my most recent experience with Abt was phenomenal. I found myself in desperate need of a new washing machine after a basement flood (it was a 15+-year-old front loader and maybe the death of its spin cycle was coincidental, but still...). Watch for hidden fees - every other appliance store offers to at least bring appliances into your home and removes old ones (this costs $25 at Home Depot, for example). Here, they charge $100 to bring the appliance into your home and install it and won't haul off your old one. And this is NOT clear unless you read all the shipping details. If you, like a normal person, assume appliance shipping includes getting the darn thing into your house, you would be wrong.
