All our appliances are from ABT so are the TVs around the house very satisfied with the costumer service and prices of course. We just love ABT❤️Thank you guys.

I do no live in Chicago or Illinois and I have used Abt over the years for computers and other electronic items. Their Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support (Tech Connect) have always been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous and punctual. And really good with follow through. I will continue to use Abt when the need arises. I always check electronics on their website before buying elsewhere. I give them my highest kudos; I recommend them to everyone. 5+ Stares!!!
Judy in customer service gets 5 Stars for helping me with my problem. Abt overall service would get "0" Stars if that was an option. Your service folks came out and figure out the problem for my TV and then sent other fellows in to install a board the TV needed. Once installed the TV worked but they did not check to see if the remote worked. Another fellow came by and checked the remote and it was not working. So he said he'd order a new one. I live in an adult community and NO OTHER appliance store is rated as high as ABT. Everyone I have spoken with rates this place with 5 stars. They were punctual, VERY nice and I did not do a thing but watch them set up the freezer and roll away my old refrigerator in the garage. Could not have been happier with their service AND their pricing. I will make them the only place I will shop again. THANK you ABT!
