Package was shipped quickly and arrived on time, as expected. The packaging was fantastic! The original, manufacturer's packaging remained sealed and intact and was placed inside of a significantly larger box with packing materials/padding on all sides. The manufacturer packaging arrived in perfect condition, even though the outer box was exposed to the typical bumps and bruises related to shipping a package across the country.I would not hesitate at all to consider ordering again from ABT,
I have nothing but good comments about the appliances purchased from Abt and their delivery service. The appliances arrived sooner than expected, I was kept informed of the delivery time and the delivery service was courteous, efficient and took great care with each of the boxes. I would not hesitate to order from Abt again.
I ordered 2 microwaves and they both arrived in the original packing with no damages. The shipping was very fast - I received them in 2 days!
Great prices and products were just what I expected will use again.
We've had the privilege of working with Abt through two different houses over time, replacing kitchen appliances through the years. Our salesperson - better described as a 'worthy advisor' - Scott Newlin has always been kind, courteous, fair, and above all, knowledgeable and helpful. His recommendations have always been on target. But so have the other salespeople in other departments been great. And their service department cannot be beat. If we need something, we don't even consider going elsewhere.
I am totally satisfied with the service and communication and the new stove arrived in perfect condition. The delivery people communicated well with me about timing of delivery.
My experience was great. Maybe it was because I knew exactly what I wanted and ABT let me know when there was a price break. Delivery was on time and well packed. Ididn’t Have any issues.
I ordered a Bosch dishwasher. It came as described and no damage. The delivery was early, which was great. The two delivery guys were kind, professional and courteous.
I had a dryer delivered and the men who did the delivery were real professional. They were polite, helpful and fast. I’m so glad I got all my appliances, tv, and a speaker system for our tv from ABT. They have the best prices and the best customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Good service is everything.
