Their customer service is unbelievably excellent. I don’t what the training or hiring secrets are, but all their staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, they carefully curate their products, so I can trust that every product they offer is top-notch.
Spent over 20K over a three year period. For the last 10 years I've spent 100K between 2 other stores. Trust me they're not worth the headache. When you spend over 5K on a television you want it to perform like a 5K set. I'm happy spending my money at Best Buy, as well Amazon.

When we built our home, we bought all the appliances from Abt, in addition to several TVs and a sound system. Their customer service is second to NONE. We've since bought a Weber grill from them as well. I will NEVER shop for electronics or appliances anywhere other than Abt ever again.

My son bought his entire kitchen from them appliance wise. Stove, refrigerator,micro wave and hood over the stove . They had a few problems but ABT was right on it . They were at his house three times until my daughter in law was happy ! Kitchen looks great appliances are beautiful and I love the separate freezers on the bottom . One side they use as a fridge for water and juice boxes for the kids . Great place great warranties.

Have purchased a number of appliances from ABT and for the most part their sales people and service are pretty good. We do have one issue with a GE Double Oven Stove PGB960SEJSS we purchase December 2, 2017 and took delivery of it on January 5, 2018. We found while using the stove the ovens have a manufacturing defect where the racks bind in certain locations in the ovens. In our case the top position of the top oven and the bottom position of the bottom oven. All other position the racks move freely. We do not use the oven ... read more

Abt cancelled my order because they couldn't verify my credit card within 24 hours. Called customer service before the order was cancelled and the operator said they were short-staffed. I placed my order with B&H PHOTO without any problems. smh
