Please be wary of buying appliances and a warranty from them. I renovated my house 3 years ago and bought all my appliances from Abt. With those appliances, I also purchased a warranty. Within those 3 years, I have had problems with both my refrigerator and dishwasher. When trying to use my warranty, the people at Abt are very difficult to work with. RecommendedAbt always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and although I've moved from the Chicago area to Nashville, I continue to give Abt the opportunity to have my business before anyone else. I'm so extremely impressed with this store. The selection is amazing. The sales people are incredibly And with an extended warranty I got my refrigerator fixed and they replaced a shelf for free without any hassel whatsoever! I highly recommend ABT!!
Jonathon from Oak Park and his crew just left my house. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant when they delivered and installed my new washer and dryer. They installed a new gas valve and the spill tray as well. I would recommend ABT to anyone because of the service that I received from the purchase through delivery. Just awesome!
Do not buy an LG refrigerator from ABT or elsewhere!!!!! We bought one 2 years ago and it is not not fixed after 31 days!! ABT has been out 4 times now and it’s still not working. Unbelievable! This is very poor service. LG should replace this lemon that we got. Not a happy customer. We not only bought a new fridge 2 years ago but also replaced all the kitchen appliances, too. New double oven, dishwasher, microwave, hood, along with the fridge. Buyer BEWARE. 😡

What an UNBELIEVABLY great job your 3 service people did delivering my fridge and dishwasher. I ordered a fridge from a competitor on July 16 and after many complications called Abt and got a loaner until today, when they delivered our model. These fantastic men went through incredible lengths to get this fridge in my kitchen. I will call Abt anytime I need an appliance and I will HIGHLY recommend them to all my family and friends!!

Purchased a oven / broiler combo last December. Was told it was a floor model, thought it was a good deal. When I needed to have it serviced, found out it had been purchased and returned in August - not what I was told obviously, and I only got this info by contacting manufacturer. When I contacted ABT, they offered exchange, but my issue here is the lie about what I was purchasing.
