I live Chesterton NW INDIANA! I did all my shopping online. Great SUCCESS! ABT, here is by far the best customer service and support for us consumers! Whatever, your needs appliances or electronics they will be met here. How often is it that we consumers get to even talk to a CEO, let alone an owner? (NEVER). I did here. Billy Abt, your the best! Update—— thanks to their Facebook customer service I was able to take care of my return. I just wish they use the same criteria in all their communication channels. Thanks for your help! Bumping up the stars now. ———- The return policy sucks; got an item and came with a dent, I’m still responsible for the return shipping cost!

THE WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I purchased a refrigerator for $1533.21 on June 6th. They advertised 'delivery in 4-10 days'. On the 7th they told me it had just arrived in the warehouse and could be delivered on the 14th. The 14th came and when I called for a delivery time they told me they didn't have it and wouldn't have it till the 3rd week of July. They could send me a loaner fridge the next day for another $519. We have been shopping at ABT for close to 20 years. The salesmen know the product and spend time answering all of your questions. The service department is top notch - even if the issue is from the manufacturer. ABT is the place to go - great service and a huge selection!

Having had nothing but positive experiences at Abt, they lost my business permanently this week. Ordered a service call which requires you be home all day because they can’t give you the two hour window until the morning of the appointment (even Comcast gives a two hour window before the day). I took the day off and at 10 am they left a message the tech was sick and they would not be coming. So disappointed. If I could rate less than 1 I would. I bought a Samsung French door refrigerator from Abt. I spoke with the salesman about my concern with a poorly designed ice maker on this model. I had read reviews complaining of the ice maker freezing up and becoming inoperable and shared these concerns with the salesperson.
