Abt doesn't do same day service EVEN when the water line to a fridge, they installed both of by the way, bursts, and your house is flooding. So you turn off your water line, and they tell you if you call a plumber to fix the issue sooner, rather than waiting 1-2 days (at a minimum), you are liable for those costs.

I have been a customer of Abt for many years. I’ve bought appliances and electronics for 3 separate moves. I’ve spent a lot of my hard earned money when I could have went to other places. The last time I bought from them I bought appliances for the whole house. We have had issues after issues with our washer. The technician comes out once a month almost to replace a part. Had a major issue with the Samsung Flex Wash machine . An issue that went on for months with Samsung repair took its toll . I reached out to Abt with this issue and they were exceptionally responsive ! They resolved my issue in an expedient way! A wonderful experience as a customer !

Never again. This rep for continuing customer service is complete nonsense. Beware the ABT extended warranty. They will not honor it. We are most likely going to have to resort to a lawyer.

While the product is probably ok, we never go it installed because it was too big. I'm upset because when I purchased the item I could return it for free and now after talking with Cindy Boom in their customer service dept. she said no I have to pay for the return...over a third of what the microwave cost. Cindy was extremely rude and didn't want to hear who I talked with about the free returns. Very poor customer service and I would NEVER use them again, as they don't put the customer first.
