Wow, very disappointed in ABT. We ordered a new LG washer from them 3 weeks ago. We decided to add the pedestal last week. Ordered the pedestal on line.....no mention or place to mark to have it installed....It says "free in-home delivery". Who orders a washer pedestal and doesn't want it installed? Anyway, followed up with a call on Friday morning - the person said they would change the paperwork to "install pedestal", no mention of a fee. They arrive this morning, and drop off the pedestal (no installation)......we follow ... read more

UPDATE 10/29.....had a bad exp with cust service here over a product that was damaged in shipment. hateful lady here. but after speaking with Dan oridvich here. a manger. he was very understanding, polite and how you think cust service should be !!!. he told me he would ship me a new smart watch, do Express shipping for me and pay the postage I had to originally pay to return the original damaged item . that Thanks to ups carelessness !!!!!. after dealing with Dan I definitely think I will do business again here because he t... read more
