Terrible service. Can’t rely upon confirmations received from the store. Should have just purchased item at Amazon. Sadly, Amazon is more reliable and has better service these days. I miss the old Abt and level of service.

Such a worst service that I have ever seen, I tried to order an iPad Pro 64gb where I was provided an offer of 25$ as a new customer welcome gift. When I compared the price with other trusted websites I came to know they are 100$ cheaper than abt. When I called up for price match one of the executive said he couldn’t do that and In fact if not satisfied I can return the product through 30 days return policy.
