I purchased thousands of dollars in appliances from apt exactly 2 years ago. I will never buy from them again!!! After months of issues finally being resolved. 1 burner in my stove isn’t working and they want to charge me $135 to come look at it! Absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy from them again!

UPDATE: ABT has jumped in and saved the day and stood up for their customer. Within one hour of posting my review, Dan Obradovic from ABT reached out to me and called me on this issue. He apologize that we have gone through all this trouble and he agreed that there had been way too many service calls on this ice maker. I have been a lifelong Abt Customer. All of my appliances and so much more have come from this store over the years. I have been nothing, but happy and satisfied. THAT ALL CHANGED TODAY. I purchased a washer and dryer in July and recently began getting an error code in regard to the thermometer. The technician came out and replaced it. The next day, the error code was back.
