These people are good if everything goes smooth. So no point taking about customer satisfying however when problem arrives they show what they are. They are very rude answering like talking to robots like repeatedly same thing. Ups missed my product and they do not want replacement for that until they hear back from ups it takes about 2 to 3 weeks . i do shopping with Crutchfield for electronic needs they just dam good.. what’s ever reason they truly care about customers.
