We had heard great reports of Abt customer service but we have experienced anything but. We first reported our faulty stove in May of last year which is under warranty and ten months on it’s still not working. Abt still won’t replace it. The technicians have been sympathetic but explained they have tried all fixes and don’t know what to do. Yet customer service won’t take ownership. I don’t feel I can trust a company that don’t stand behind the products they sell and take ownership when they sell a faulty product to someone.... read more
Excellent Customer Service, second to no one else in the field. Staff listens, and applies what they’ve heard. No extra ‘up-sell’ of something not wanted. Will continue to shop after here after I move away from the area.
Been a customer for 17+ years. Great prices and superb customer service. Abt is the ONLY place I will purchase appliances and electronics. Mark F is our goto guy for appliances. We recently remodeled our basement and decided to go all out on a AV surround system and couldn’t be happier! Brad K set us up with a phenomenal AV system all within our budget. Highly recommend Abt!!
Reasonable prices, excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.
