My daughter’s lap top charger stopped working. Mine works just fine in hers, so we know it is not the computer. (We have the same lap top.). She called ABT to ask about chargers and they told her to bring in the computer and they will see if they have a charger that works. However, when we got there, the bearded red head told us that he could not sell us a charger without first doing a $79 “diagnostic test” AND she would have to leave her lap top there for at least 3 days to get it done. We could not have been happier with your service. Technicians were early (they called and asked if they could come early) which was great; they did a great job, were pleasant and quick. And then I was shocked when the bill was only $189! I thought $189 got them in the door, and anything they did would be an additional charge. But nope, they cleaned out the water lines to our washer (which is all that was needed) for $189. We are very happy and will always use you guys in the future.

I just LOVE my new range. I didn't think I could love any appliance as much as I do my new fridge, but I think this range has taken over first place. I will never buy appliances anywhere else. Can't wait to renovate my kitchen so I can get the matching dishwasher lol
