RecommendedI just received news that the good men and women at ABT heard that a widow of one of the Chicago Police Officers who had been killed by the train incident was in the process of purchasing appliances from ABT and they donated those appliances to this widow and her family for free. Abt you have wronged me for the last time. After purchasing almost $10,000 in new appliances and having nothing but problems, I am done with you. Our dishwasher - which has already been replaced before - is TWENTY days out of warranty and you won't do anything to fix it. It has been not working for a long time and with two little kids, it isn't easy to get in the store. Ordered a sofa and chair on 11/17. Delivery finally scheduled for today, 12/11. The leather sofa was scratched. I had to refuse delivery instead of keeping that one until I could get a replacement. Manager has no idea when the replacement will come. Now I have no furniture in my living room, Christmas is in 2 weeks, and they can't tell me if I will even have furniture by then. All I have to say is WOW. This place is amazing and their costumer service is incredible.
