We purchased a Kitchenaid refrigerator a few years ago and bought the Abt extended warranty. The first two refrigerators the freezer did not work and the ice maker did not work, respectively. The third refrigerator delivered worked for a bit and then the refrigerator started freezing up. It has been a year and a half and I have just scheduled the FIFTH service call for the same problem, which now occurs every 2 months. my parents bought from ABT when they were in Chicago I started buying from Bob Abt when they were on Dempster in Morton Grove. If you buy something and have a problem they will correct it. Bought all new appliances 14 months ago have been having problems with refrigerator they have been trying to repair it still having problems today manager called me and said they are replacing the unit 2 months out of warranty.thats what I call customer service and I will never go somewhere else to buy and electronics or appliances . Thanks to Abt’s wonderful installation pros (truck 454) that wall mounted 2 flat screens today. The mounting was not only perfect, but they neatly cable tied, & hid the cords. With several devices connected to the sets, there were lots of cords! They also took all the garbage, fully cleaned the work area..... & even made sure the cat didn’t run outside when exterior doors were opened�

This is seriously the best place to go for appliances and many other purchases. From the moment you walk in the showroom, you get A+ service. Find a better price elsewhere and they will meet it. Delivery and installation and maintenance always meet the high standards. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.
