I ordered a whirlpool freezer WZF79R20DW from them brand new. The first one they sent had scratches, the lock was jammed, worse there was an area on the inside of the door frame with a crack that had obviously been repaired and painted over. Evidently not shipping damage. They told me the unit was shipped directly from whirlpool. That's a shame if they are trying to resell returns or refurbished units as new. I won't be buying anything from Abt again. I ordered a TV on 07/14 and the Abt website shows delivery time is 3 business days. They shipped the TV using Pilot, and then Pilot contracts with another company Action Freight Services. Action finally left me a voicemail to schedule my delivery today. It took me 5 times calling them back before I was able to speak to someone. The calls kept going to voicemail. Finally when I got through they said they were super busy. Amendment: so like every large organization a consumer's experience is highly related to who you talk to... while I feel the front line could use some training the management team is top notch. They called me right away after my post, confirmed that my product should not have failed so quickly after purchase and suggested a true solve, which was involving GE and requesting that GE stand behind their product. I will not be buying another product from Abt. I’m a service contractor in the Houston area and I was recommended to Abt from a friend. I ordered an $800 dishwasher from here, when it arrived, it had a large dent in the front, on the door. It happens, I completely understand, I called customer service that day and she set up to set me a new one, mine you that delivery took 10 days. Never shopped at ABT and don’t plan to. For the third time this month the delivery drivers have completely blocked my driveway while delivering to the house next door. They park the truck unload AND install the items all while blocking me from leaving my house. When I ask them to move, they act like I am inconveniencing them. Called customer assistance at ABT to complain and although they were apologetic, the truck remains in front of the driveway. Three times? Really ?

Abt, nothing but positive. Just had a new dishwasher installed 4 weeks ago and today my new washing machine. Install went smoothly, guys were great and professional. Went with a kitchen aid dishwasher, love and LG for the washing machine. Just finished my first load, love it.
