My husband and I just had some appliances delivered by ABT. We purchased a bundle of black stainless steel Samsung appliances for our kitchen about two weeks ago, and they were quickly delivered and thoroughly installed and inspected today. Voula and Peter helped us in-store to get the best prices we could, and Voula remained in contact with us throughout the last two weeks to let us know if she had found any open-box discounts(She did! About 15 years ago, I bought 3 new air conditioners for my condo from Abt. That’s when I found out that the openings in the wall for these air conditioners were different sizes. Because when I ordered them, I ordered 3 of the same size. Upon installing them, we all learned that the opening in the master bedroom is smaller than the other 2 rooms. Ordered a TV 6 weeks ago and have received 3 defective units in a row and am now dealing with a mishap on their end regarding another exchange. My initial order was also mishandled with them claiming I cancelled the order when I hadn’t. Their customer service reps seem nice else they’d only get 1 star, but based on this experience so far I wouldn’t buy from them again nor would I recommend others. We ordered our new basement appliance from Abt. The whole process was fine until delivery day when they scratched our brand new basement floor! In the beginning they seemed to handle everything responsibly. We were impressed UNTIL they backed out on paying our contractors AFTER the work was already done. We have emails from them asking for the bid for work in which they agree to the partial replacement of the floor. We were shocked by the call not to mention the terrible way they treated us. Ordered a Whirlpool Microwave on 4/16/18 UPS was to deliver on 4/18. Package was "lost in transit". Totally a UPS issue not ABT. I asked them to credit my credit card and reship. UPS said they would waive any shipping charges. I was told it is not their policy, I have to wait 8 business days. Learned my lesson with this company. Never again.

I had a question about the trim kit I ordered from ABT for my new stainless steel microwave/wall oven I had just installed. The rep I talked with on the phone was very helpful and had the answer to my question. This was my first experience in ordering from ABT. And the trim kit btw fit awesome and the finished product looks great. I am very pleased.

Normally you only hear about negative experiences and even though mine did not start out to be the best, it ended up to be. My ice maker went out on my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator which was purchased approximately 6-7 years ago. As everyone knows these large appliances aren't inexpensive but I wanted quality. The first two repairmen that came out really didn't check everything and ordered some parts that were almost $500. So when it still didn't work, I was not a happy camper.
