My delivery time for my new washing machine was between 1 to 5pm. I got a call that they were running late, and was still miles away over the Skyway bridge in another county. They offered to change the date to the following day, or keep delivering. I chose to let them come later. Even though they were on the road since 7 am and did not get to my house until 8 pm, the guys still helped me unpack the washer, and moved it into the house for me. Great service, kudos to their delivery guys.
My parents have always purchased from ABT since 1960. Being their daughter I have continued this tradition. My most recent problem was a Samsung refrigerator. The first time I had a problem after just 3 months. ABT PROMPTLY replaced this in less than 5 days. The same refrigerator now 14 months old is now failing to produce ice. For 3 days both am ABT rep, Minerva and myself had to argue with Samsung about repairing this. Finally an ABT Supervisor was brought into the game and my icemaker will be replaced next week.
