Had a wonderful experience purchasing new appliances. Our person was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal. Delivery was easy and quick. Was very surprised to find that they even submitted my rebate application to ComEd for me! I would ABSOLUTELY shop with Abt again. My only regret was not starting there first!
The home service is excellent and has helped me do much in using my appliances correctly. Also, I couldn't ask for a better repair record on each of my appliances.. Or replacement, if needed. Thank You, AB!!!
I love this place. The sales and support staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection of products is varied and up-to-date. I purchase all my electronics from Abt even though I must drive about 50 miles to get there when I could just drive 5 miles to other electronic stores.
