this place is totall mess.be carefull when using a cc deposit you might find you got something what you didnt want in first place.customer service includes harrassing calls for posting opinions.nobody knows whats going on there .what appliances they have in stock what sold what you purchased all different storytelling

I just had my first experience with Abt. I wanted a fairly specific PLAIN ans SIMPLE white Whirlpool refrigerator with a top freezer. Nothing fancy; no icemaker, water dispenser - just cool and freeze. AND it had to fit in a certain space. Abt had it - on sale! Installed all the way to Freeport, IL today on time! Better service if you don't look wealthy

Your service tech, Andy, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He is a credit to your organization. My main point of contact with Abt is Leslie King. I have been working with her for almost 15 years and I recommend her all the time. Need I say more?
my experience with Abt has always been positive. this is meant to be a caution to consumers about GE air conditioners and their horrible service. I bought a wall unit 2 years ago and bought GE at Abt because of perceived quality and service. compressor crashed and over 3 weeks with back order and no idea when it will be fixed. that part is under warranty and that may be why they are ignoring. buy any other brand. I guess they only fix AC in winter. what a miserable summer this has created. there are other choices.
