Speed up the trade-in process. It's been over two weeks since I sent in my Apple Watch 4 so I could order the new 5. Still no word. Site says "it can take up to two weeks, but is usually much quicker". How long can it take to evaluate a ten-month-old watch?
As we all know already, this place has impecable items in all areas. But what brings me back is the customer service. Looking for appliances this time around , I went to Lowe’s & Home Depot ( I like the 2 as well) prior to and came back to ABT’s customer service. Thank you Joey Vargas & Mike Carr!
