I purchased about $25k of kitchen appliances from Abt. When they offered me interest free financing for 24 months. The monthly statements were 6 pages long and full of advertisements. So I signed up for autopay. But apparently they only charged the minimum monthly charges and unbeknownst to me switched me from interest free to 29.9% APR after 24 months rather than charging the outstanding balance to my account. Shiiit that’s bad customer service.. - or lack of customerservice. After multiple calls I’m told they don’t perform service on coffee makers, eventough it’s from ABT. - I ask, where do I go then? - ??? Maybe the manufacturer.. - so You want me to travel to Switcherland.....??
This is a First Class Store, the people and service is above and beyond. They have just about everything you need
rude and abrupt customer service. i called and asked if they sell the escrap they pick up NEWSFLASH!!!!!!!!! if they dont, just say no, dont bang the phone down in my ear. they have no idea who i am or what business i can create. no way iin hell would i deal with them again. EVER.
My husband and I bought a cooktop and oven in May. It finally got correctly installed August 2nd! Abt kept sending out electricians who did not know what they were doing, blamed the last electricians who had been before and did not bring correct parts or were not licensed in my city. Never again!!!
Abt has done it again, New laundry and TVs at great prices delivered by thoughtful drivers!
