Worse experience ever. Four installation crews later and I still don't have a working dryer. This shouldn't happen on BRAND NEW purchases. They've sent bozos who can't install things properly or forget key parts. Go with Best Buy.

We were to have a washer and dryer delivered 7 days after purchase this is now a month later and still no appliances! Tired of ABT lies and no help from customer service. Pathetic service all around!!
I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot I sat here all day yesterday to meet my four hour timeframe for delivery it never showed then they reschedule me for five days from now I have talked for numerous hours with Home Depot representatives which were great but they could do nothing with the delivery company the delivery company will not budge they screwed up yet they want me to wait five more days because they screwed up that is so unacceptable I called abt which I should’ve done in the first place because we’ve had previo... read more
Sadly our tv salesperson lied to us about the capabilities of the tv we bought. We went in asking to buy a tv for Hulu live. Come home and that is not working. Call customer service and they say the tv is not compatible with the ONE thing we said was important to us in the TV
