we had people who listened answered questions and knew their products. the installers had a really tough job. they were wonderful and careful. know we will return to ABT again
Excellent store with good sales team. However, let me tell you about this expensive refrigerator I bought that is total lemon. KitchenAid. The ice maker broke in 3 months. ABT sent a technician and the fixed it. The fan broke after 15 months. It was making a very loud noise. ABT came back and we had to pay to get the part ordered and the fridge fixed. It took 3 months for the fan to break again. We had to pay again and with lots of frustration ABT fixed it. Two months later, we have the same problem. The fan is broken and is... read more
