Good prices on products as well as knowledgeable sales reps. However, some of their install fees are ridiculous. I recently purchased 2 TVs a 65” and 43” the price for putting a bracket on a wall was $229 per. That’s ridiculous considering I’ve done this myself in the past and took me about 10 min to do. I was a little disappointed since part of the reason I went to Abt was to purchase and have them install the TVs but, spending close to $500 for about 15 min of work by a technician that does this everyday is ridiculous.
Abt just delivered my Miele dishwasher. The guys were awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure that it fit into the space and got it connected and ready to go. They were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after them selves. I’ve always had a great experience with Abt!
Great prices. Delivery right on time and early. saving now for a Gas Range. I have used them for years. Same great Customer Service too.
