My experience with this company is very similar to the reviews and complaints listed below. We have a contract with American Home Shield and they have sent out techs from this "AC" company 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Each time the tech was there about 10 minutes and telling us they replaced a burned wire and that we need to replace our unit but that AHS will only repair it. AHS won't authorize any repairs until the AC company submits their diagnosis through their "authorization department". I cannot talk to a live person or... read more

This company was sent to my home by Acclaimed Home Warranty. The technician that came was less than friendly. Not mean, but not friendly and didn't act like he really wanted to there to help. The company submitted a cost to the warranty company to replace our condenser which was less than a year old and still under manufacturer's warranty. I thought the price was high for replacing something that's under warranty, so I asked for a breakdown of the charges. They were charging $280 for a permit. I have used this company with American Home Shield. They offered to upgrade my AC which was very old. I decided to use them and scheduled them to come upgrade my AC. They were scheduled to come 7/21/22. I had to miss a full day of work because they needed about eight hours to complete the job. Fine...they started and were very pleasant gentlemen. This company came to our home on a claim we filed for A/C repair with American Home Shield warranty company. The tech didn't look at any of the unit but said we were low in freon. He put in one pound and said he thought our, under the house ducts, needed to be inspected but that he didn't do duct work. He said he would file a report when he got back to the office and the company would call us to set up an appointment for a duct tech. This company is TERRIBLE. They put in a new ac unit in my 85 yr old grandmothers home that has froze up and quit working twice in a matter of a month. They refuse to fix it even though it is still under warrenty. Not to mention the workers who service the Amarillo area are meth heads. Beware of this company.

If I could give a 0 I would. The technician came into my and went through my and my husband's drawers and stole something. I had to call the police and insurance company. The company has refused to give me a phone number to speak to his superior. It has been upsetting and lengthy to attempt to fix the personal damage he has done. Don't let this company in your house!

When I spoke to the call center agent, Rowelyn. She informed me the technician came to my home the morning of (6/16) and called me on the phone. I told her there was no record of anyone calling me and my ring camera did not show anyone at my front door or in my front yard. I then asked for a manager. She gave me the call center lead, Angel. I told the same story to Angel who said he would talk to the technician and call me back. A-US AIR COND OF TEXAS LTD Worst service ever!! Do not use them! Beaumont TX 4/14/2022 tech came out and check on the ac. The tech told us the compressor is leaking and needed replace. We call to follow up on the status another tech told us they are replacing the coil. We are getting two different story on what parts they are repairing. Sent out by American Home Shield. Outside unit was leaking oil, Marty from A-US Air said it was "algae". Second time he's come out in about a year and can't solve the problem of a banging and leaking compressor. After pointing our his second misdiagnosis, I got a good cursing. Totally worthless company and hope AHS will ban them from participation!
