Very bad company and customer service. This company has filed a false report by their Technician to the home warranty company Home Shield Warranty which he confirmed (I have massages and invoice available to use as a proof) that he didnt report that which it looks like an admin mistake by his end and the home warranty company has asked for them to call them back to fix the report but they said that they dont change their report even if it was wrong. This company should be faced a penalty for their bad and unethical business
Made appointment for them to come out on Tuesday....Called when they had not shown up..said they were on there way....never showed up.....then rescheduled for Friday between 1 and 5...I said I would only be available after 3:30...they said they could not. Rescheduled for Saturday...We call then Saturday to confirm...they have no record of any appointment
I had them come out to my house in ****** on 8/10 they came look in the closet did not even go outside was here 10 minutes and left I WANT MY $125 l had to pay to get them to come out back
When showed up didn't check anything out. Added little freon and tried to leave. My husband had to get guy back inside and show him it wasn't working. *** said blower motor bad and would be next morning to fix and told my husband to clean the coils. I missed work the next day and he didn't call or show up so we kept calling office and finally got a text he couldn't get the part and would have to reschedule and then blamed us for motor and wanted to charge over $1000. A tech was sent to check my AC system. He then told me there is a leak in the furnace and the coil will need to be changed. He asked if I wanted him to top up Freon. I decline because that would not fix the issue. After he left I notice my house getting warmer and went to check and noticed he had not put all screws back neither did he put the seal back. The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. 2 days of missed appointments with no call and no show. Nobody in management or dispatching could get in touch with the technician yet the kept repeating that he would make the appointment and call me. Do not use them and tell American home shield that you want another vendor. Very unprofessional and non responsive.
Company contacted via American Home Shield. The problem was that a small dripping was noted on the outside the house condensate drain. The tech came in and stateted that the inside drain line to connect to the bathroom was clogged and we needed to contact a plumber to fix the problem. Waist of time and money having this company come in.
Avoid A-US Air Conditioning of Texas at all costs. Their service is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. When I called them to have a look at both of my units, they claimed that the downstairs unit was functioning properly. However, just 3 weeks later, it completely stopped cooling and they refused to come back out. They instead advised me to deal with my warranty company. The technician, *************************, who showed to my house kept arriving, reporting my AC was fixed (when it wasn't) and leaving. Everytime I would call the company to ask them to come back, they said I needed to book another appointment through my home warranty (another $70), and wait a few more days for them to come back. Looking at the report, it was all reported incorrectly. He reported it was cooling at 72 degrees when it wasn't working at all.
