If I could give this company a negative score I would. Warning to ******************** Customers, if you have an old unit, be p***ared not to have it ***laced. My journey with A USA Air and AHS started July 1, 2025 when a 30+ year old unit was cycling on and off. A-US Air Conditioning of Texas is hands down the most unprofessional, insulting, and flat-out trash ************ *** ever dealt with. Their technician showed up with zero respect, zero professionalism, and a mouth that just wouldnt quit. Right in my home, he actually said word for word that only poor people get homeowners insurance, as if using the insurance you pay for is something to be ashamed of. I'm ****** ****** and I live at **************************, Texas *****. Your company installed a new air handler in my attic on July 8, 2025. On July 24, 2025 it stopped working. When going in the attic it was noticed that the evaporator coil froze up. When calling them I asked that they send someone out because I'm a disabled vet and had a diabetic dog and my daughter living with me at the hottest time of the year. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I received, especially considering I paid nearly $2,000. How does a business still exist with this dishonesty and unprofessionalism

Customer did not answer the phone for our technician. Technician waited at the gate 15 minutes which we can verify with our vehicle tracking software. The appointment was then marked as a missed appointment. This customer then went on a profanity laced tirade on the phone with our dispatcher. This was a female dispatcher and the customer used extreme language which was degrading to all women.
We purchased a home in the fall of 2022. By the following summer one of our 2 AC units began having issues. We had American Homeshield Warranty, and reported the issue to them. Instead of assigning a local company they assigned us to ********. When we were finally able to get a technician to come out he said we just had dirty coils. That obviously didn't solve the problem, so we had submit another ticket to our home warranty for the **. Each ticket cost a fee. Do not use this company at all. Find a local company. We are from ***********. We were told they were a local company only to find out after they installed our brand new AC unit, mind you just 3 years ago, it broke the next day due to incorrect installation. Now here we are 3 years later in record triple digit heat, and our AC is completely broken, and they are telling me I have to wait 5 days to have a technician come out. Unfortunately this customer was unhappy with when we were able to schedule the repair. This repair required an install team instead of a technician. The repair was completed 8/28/24.

The employee denied any inappropriate behavior and without any evidence to the contrary, our company policies limit any corrective actions that could be taken.
