Before Easter we were given an appointment for Monday, April 5th we were referred via our home warranty American Home Shield. We waited all day Monday, we called 2-3 times and nobody showed up!! I left 3 voicemails this morning before they opened. They claimed we did not have an appointment then claimed the installer spoke to my husband and cancelled??? Not true!! Our AC unit is not working. I was referred to this company by my home warranty to repair our heater.this business do not answer the telephone nor return a call. finally they text me that they show up on tuesday after waiting 2 days for the service. then they postponed it to Wednesday, then Thursday.I had to call my home warranty and request for another contractor. Thanks, *** ******

This job not was performed as I had instructed. This is what I mentioned what the issue was before someone went out there from A US Air-conditioning. I sent an email detailing this before someone went out there. I will be requesting a refund from AHS because this job was NOT performed. I had 3 other professionals come a week before A US Air-conditioning came to take a look at the system and they all mentioned the issues I have listed below. "Only 1 room has limited airflow. I would give this company zero stars if possible. Every person I interacted with was either rude, dismissive, or had zero interest in helping to repair our system. Their wait times are long and I've spent hours going back and forth with them even though my home warranty has approved the repair. I would recommend staying far away from this company! If AHS assigns them to you request a different service company. Not worth the time and effort it will take you to simply get them to answer the phone.

This company is terrible!!! My family suffered this past summer because of them. They came to my place of residence at lease 6-7 times before the problem was finally solved and then it's October now!! The service was horrible they seam to take great amusement in wanting to explained the issue each time!!! Then the technician left trash and debris from the system in my house without an apology or trying to pick it up!!!

Wouldn't give this company a star at all if I could. They are the absolute WORST!!!! 4 summers in a row they have had to come replace the compressor, change a line, rerun a line, and all kinds of stuff. We have paid out of pocket. American Home Shield needs to drop them. They break things that aren't covered by Home Shield just so that they can take the payout from it plus what Home Shield does pay. This is a worthless company that needs to be shut down for good.

Since June, we've been dealing with a group of serial incompetents who go by the name of A-US Air Conditioning of Texas, Ltd. They seem to pride themselves in a policy of only employing technicians who insist on being blindfolded and spun around nine times before attempting any repair or installation. The results, as you might expect, are a landslide of failures which they somehow manage to not only reproduce, but surpass in each subsequent attempt they appear to be making to rectify. Wow, consistent with the rest of these reviews, I've had a terrible experience with this company that American Home Shield chose to use to to repair my AC unit in August in San Antonio. They added a bunch of unnecessary work repairs that they wanted me to pay $1,100 out of pocket for. They refused to do the required work unless I would pay for the optional, uncovered work.
